How To Use
Longevity Ritual™: Mix 3 g of powder (one level scoop) into 150 mL of water and consume immediately, once daily at breakfast time. Fully dissolvable in water and best taken with food.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon and use it within 90 days of opening.
Warnings: Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines, Resveratrol and Bacillus coagulans may affect the way some medicines work, including Warfarin and immunosuppressants. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. Not suitable for children. Contains phenylalanine and sulfites. Recommended for up to 12 weeks of continuous use. Consult your healthcare provider for guidance on ongoing use. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. Do not use if tamper evidence seal is broken.
Glow®: Mix 1 tsp (5g) in 200mL of water, a smoothie, yoghurt or your favourite drink. For optimal results, Glow® should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Always use a dry spoon.

Does Glow® take the place of a probiotic?
This depends on your individual circumstances.
