What if an item is out of stock?

Due to the complex nature of The Beauty Chef’s unique bio-fermentation – Flora Culture™ we occasionally experience some out of stock products. This will show up on the order now section for that product. We will always let you know the minute a product comes back into stock via Instagram and Facebook so make sure you follow us. If a component of your order is out of stock we will generally hold your order and ship once the complete order is ready for dispatch unless you instruct us otherwise. 

How will purchases appear on my credit card statement?

Purchases will appear as SP * THE BEAUTY CHEF on your credit card statement.

    I purchased multiple items will they be shipped together?

    If all the items you ordered are showing as in stock on the website then they will ship together as one parcel. 

    Do you ship to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers?

    Yes we do. 

    What about refunds and returns?

    The Beauty Chef will replace any products that arrive damaged. 

    Will you give my details to third parties?

    Absolutely not. Your information will never be passed on.

    Do you ship internationally? only ships within Australia.
