Is your creatine water washed?
Yes. Unlike many sources of creatine that are acid washed using harsh chemicals, our creatine is washed with water to remove byproducts and impurities during its production.
Where are your electrolytes sourced from?
Our rehydrating mineral salts (aka electrolytes) come from Olsson’s—who source their salts from natural, unrefined places in Australia.
Why is it recommended to mix with such a large amount of water?
An adequate amount of water is needed to separate the electrolytes into positively and negatively charged ions, allowing them to move through the body and conduct electrical signals. Without sufficient water, electrolytes cannot effectively function or be transported through the body to their full potential.
