Do the BIOTICS™ formulas replace my current probiotic? (As the SG range is called 'intensive herbal probiotic')
As there are over a trillion strains of bacteria in the gut, we recommend using our BIOTICS™ formulas alongside your current probiotic, rather than replacing it as every BIOTICS™ formula includes a strain of bacteria that has been specifically selected for that particular product and its benefits. However, if you are concerned or have any questions about specific strains or species of probiotic, please speak to your healthcare practitioner.
What is magnesium stearate?
Magnesium stearate is an expicient commonly used in capsule manufacturing to lubricate the machine. However, we have chosen to use rice hulls instead as a replacement because we believe, what we leave out is just as important as what we put in!

Yes, multiple products from our BIOTICS™ range can be consumed together with the exclusion of MENOPAUSE BALANCE and PMS SUPPORT as in this instance, we would recommend choosing one or the other.
