Can I take the inner beauty products if I’m on medication?

We recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner before making and dietary or lifestyle changes.

Can I give the inner beauty products to my children?

Most ingredients used in our inner beauty products may be consumed by children under the age of 12, however pomegranate fruit peel (high in ellagic acid), for example, features in many of our products and has very limited safety data available for this age group. We recommend reviewing the individual product information and seeking the advice of your healthcare practitioner prior to use to check if it is right for your child.

I don't know which powder to use? Can I use all of them together?

The Beauty Chef products work synergistically to amplify the benefits of each other so are able to be combined and consumed together. Our Essential—GLOW—is a nutrient-dense, bio-fermented powder designed for everyday use and can be combined with our range of Inner Beauty Boosts—COLLAGEN, HYDRATION, ANTIOXIDANT and ADAPTOGEN. The only exception is our OMEGA ELIXIR Inner Beauty Boost which as a listed medicine, must be enjoyed as per the directions on the label.

Do the Inner Beauty Products Contain Nuts?

While our products do not contain nuts, we utilise a third-party manufacturing plant that produces other products which may include such ingredients. The manufacturing equipment is cleaned according to food-grade standards, however there is always the small possibility that traces of nuts are present from batch to batch.

Should I Consume the Beauty Chef Products in Hot or Cold Beverages?

When exposed to high levels of heat for prolonged periods of time, probiotics begin to die off, which is why we recommend that our inner beauty products be consumed in chilled or room temperature beverages. As the beneficial bacteria within our formulas survive best in cool conditions, they are likely to deplete if exposed to excessive heat.

SLEEP Inner Beauty Support is the one product that is able to be enjoyed in warm (not hot) milk and enjoyed immediately.

How Does the Friend Referral Program Work?

A Friend refers The Beauty Chef to you:

  1. You received a referral from a friend via email or social.
  2. You click the link via email/ social and enter your email into web form.
  3. You receive a $10 unique discount code to your inbox.
  4. You create an order at thebeautychef.com order by clicking the link from the email, your cart must be $50.00 or more to be eligible to add discount code
  5. Copy & paste code: e.g ‘xyz-abc’ into the checkout
  6. On eligible purchases, if the above steps are followed, your friend who referred you receives a $10 discount reward. You must be a new customer.

You refer The Beauty Chef to a friend:

  1. You enter your email into the referral widget or landing page.
  2. You share The Beauty Chef with a friend using the referral widget or landing page, via email, facebook, twitter or messenger.
  3. Your friend receives an email inviting them to receive $10 off at The Beauty Chef.
  4. Your friend clicks link via the email to enter their details into the web form.
  5. Your friend receives an email to their inbox with their $10 unique discount code.
  6. Your friend makes a purchase at thebeautychef.com, shopping cart must be $50.00+ and uses unique discount code for $10 off. They must be a new customer.
  7. If the purchase was eligible, you receive a $10 discount reward to your inbox to redeem on your next order.

Can I Return Products Purchased Somewhere Other than thebeautychef.com?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products other than those purchased directly from us at thebeautychef.com unless the product is of unacceptable quality and/or the product does not match the description provided (for example: on its packaging). Both of these are statutory guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the product fails to meet a statutory guarantee referred to above, please contact us at info@thebeautychef.comOtherwise, if you purchased your Beauty Chef products from a department store, specialty retailer, another online store or elsewhere, please process your return with the original company of purchase, in line with that store’s return policy.

What Can I Return or Exchange?

You can return or exchange products due to a number of circumstances, including if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website for further details.

If, however, you change your mind about a purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in a re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products (unless the product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law). If you wish to return your product, please email info@thebeautychef.com and we will send an address for you to return your unopened product(s) to us. We must receive your returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

How Should I Store My Inner Beauty Products?

Because of the good bacteria in our inner beauty products, we recommend that you keep them refrigerated once opened and always use a dry spoon so as not to introduce any moisture into the product. If refrigeration is not possible, due to travel for example, ensure that your powder is kept out of direct sunlight and away from high heat. The unique fermentation process each powder undergoes ensures that these bacteria remain quite hardy and so should not be adversely affected if kept unrefrigerated for short periods of a few hours or so. Note however, that if you have left your product unrefrigerated for longer than a few hours, it’s best to leave it at room temperature and consume it within the month.

As GUT PRIMER does not contain the same live cultures as our other beauty products, once opened, it is able to be stored below 30ºC. Similarly, WELL SPRAY does not require refrigeration.

I Have Intolerances to Some of the Foods That Are Listed as Ingredients in the Inner Beauty Products. Does That Mean I Can't Have Them?

Whilst we have received feedback from some of our customers who have intolerances to some ingredients that they can take our products without concern, if you have a known intolerance or allergy, it’s important you speak to your healthcare practitioner before consuming The Beauty Chef products or making any dietary or lifestyle changes.

If you decide to take our products and you have a known intolerance, we recommend that you start with a very small dose—about ⅛ of a dose—and gradually increase your intake until you have reached the full dose.

Do the Inner Beauty Powders Contain Flavouring and Colouring?

Yes, the inner beauty powders contain natural flavours, making them delicious to consume. However, they are only used in quantities needed to improve the flavour profiles of the products. All flavours used are also of the highest quality, meeting stringent food safety regulations and standards. All ingredients used in the manufacture of our natural flavours are approved for use in the FSANZ Food Standards Code 2002 (including all gazetted amendments).

Where Do the Ingredients Used in Your Products Come From?

As a brand, we look long and hard at our ingredients and where they come from, staying true to our strict ingredient selection policy criteria and sustainability goals. On occasion, we find that due to drought, ingredient quality or availability, Australian ingredients do not meet our strict ingredient selection criteria which means we need to source these elsewhere. We are continually working to bring you more Australian ingredients in each of our products and we hope that in the future we are able to source Australian ingredients which meet our strict requirements. We do, however, acknowledge that not all the ingredients we wish to include in our formulas are grown in Australia because they aren’t suited to the Australian environment and growing conditions, meaning this could cause more damage to the Australian landscape—something we want to avoid to ensure we have ongoing sustainable supply chains using ethically sourced ingredients.

I Am Fructose Intolerant – Can I Take the Beauty Chef Inner Beauty Powders?

Our inner beauty products are made from natural, plant-based wholefoods that are naturally low in fructose. Furthermore, the fermentation process reduces fructose as the bacteria metabolise the sugars and causes the foods to become much more digestible and tolerated. Many of our products are also now certified “FODMAP Friendly” and therefore suitable for use if you have a FODMAP intolerance. 

Do Your Products Contain Animal Products, and Are They Tested on Animals?

With the exception of Flora Fix Balm™ and Probiotic Skin Refiner—which contain honey—all of The Beauty Chef products are both vegan and vegetarian and are not tested on animals.

Can I Take the Inner Beauty Products If I Am on Medication?

We recommend that you consult with your chosen healthcare practitioner before taking the Inner Beauty products.

Can I Take the Inner Beauty Products While Pregnant/Breastfeeding?

All of our inner beauty products are highly nutritious supplements, however not all of our products are recommended during this time. If you’re unsure as to whether a specific product is safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding, you are welcome to contact our customer care team. As always, we also recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner before making any dietary or lifestyle changes.

What Is the Shelf Life of the Inner Beauty Products?

Our inner beauty powders have a shelf life of 2 years if they remain unopened and 60 - 90 days once opened—please see individual product labels. Our Inner Beauty Boosts have a shelf life of 45 days once opened with the exception of OMEGA ELIXIR, which should be used within 4 weeks of opening.

How Many Products Can I Take at Once?

SLEEP, OMEGA ELIXIR™ and GUT PRIMER can be taken as per the label directions for use, but the remainder of the range is designed to be enjoyed together or individually—in filtered water, coconut water, juices or smoothies. Recommended serving sizes can be found on the bottle/jar.

Please note however, that as some of our inner beauty products contain zinc, it’s essential to review how many products you are consuming daily. When you have excess zinc, this can alter the balance of minerals (such as copper) in the body and usually occurs when you take large amounts of zinc over a long period of time. This imbalance can be seen when you are taking more than 50mg of elemental zinc a day and in this instance, we recommend you speak to your healthcare professional. According to the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) of Australia, the upper limit of zinc is 40mg per day from all sources.

Are Your Products Gluten and Lactose Free?

Most of The Beauty Chef products are considered naturally gluten and lactose-free. However, the manufacturing plant does process other products that contain gluten, so we can’t guarantee that our range remains completely uncontaminated.

BODY and CLEANSE also contain a blend of grasses (e.g barley grass, wheat grass, alfalfa grass and oat grass) which are derived from gluten-containing grains so cannot technically be referred to as gluten-free here in Australia. If you are highly sensitive, it’s unlikely you will be able to tolerate these products.

For every dollar spent, you’ll earn Inner Beauty Points and as you progress through each tier of the Inner Beauty Circle, you’ll unlock new benefits and along the way, redeem your earned points, for your favourite inner beauty products, gift vouchers and more.

What are the Inner Beauty Circle tiers and how do they work?

You will progress through the Inner Beauty Circle tiers based on the number of points you earn.

Tier 1 - SEED (0 - 1249 points): When you sign up for an account or join the program, you’ll enter into SEED tier.

How do I earn points?

For every dollar you spend as an Inner Beauty Circle member, you’ll earn Inner Beauty Points – and, you’ll earn even more points per dollar as you progress through the Inner Beauty Circle tiers. As a thank you for joining our Inner Beauty Circle, you’ll also receive an extra 300 Inner Beauty Points after you place your second order!

There are various other ways to earn points by taking actions such as reviewing a product, sharing on social, placing your second order plus more.

How do I sign up to the program?

If you have a current customer account with The Beauty Chef, you would automatically have been granted access to The Inner Beauty Circle. You can log in via the Inner Beauty Circle dashboard here. If you do not have a current customer account with The Beauty Chef, you can create and account and sign up to the loyalty program by clicking ‘Join Now’ via the Inner Beauty Circle dashboard here.

What benefits will I receive as part of the Inner Beauty Circle?

Perks: Each tier in the Inner Beauty Circle will unlock benefits such as free products, exclusive content, shipping offers and more. When you enter a new tier, you will receive an email notifying you of the perks you have unlocked. You can also view your available perks via the Inner Beauty Circle dashboard. Selecting a perk will display instructions for how to redeem the gift and these can be found on the dashboard under ‘Your rewards’.

Redeemable Rewards: As you accumulate Inner Beauty Points, you can choose to redeem them for $5, $10, $15 or $20 vouchers - these vouchers will provide you with a promotional code that can then be applied at checkout as a discount on your next order. These vouchers can be redeemed via the Inner Beauty Circle dashboard.

Once you reach eligible points, pre-set vouchers will appear redeemable under the ‘All rewards’ section of the dashboard. Simply click ‘View’ —> ‘Redeem’ —> the you can click ‘Apply code’ or copy and paste it at checkout.

You can also choose to spend points at the checkout. Once you have at least 500 points, if you are logged into your loyalty account, you’ll have the option to redeem your points starting at $5 voucher = 500 points and going up in increments of $1=100 points. You’ll be able to use the points slider to nominate how many points you would like to spend, and redeem and apply the discount directly at the checkout.
Note: You will be unable to spend points at checkout with subscription products in your cart. 

Are my free gifts refundable or exchangeable?

What are the special gifts with purchase? Will I always have access to them?

Upon entry into HARVEST and GLOW tiers, you’ll be eligible to receive a free gift for reaching the next level of our loyalty program. Be sure to check our Inner Beauty Circle page under ‘THE TIERS’ table, as gifts can change from time to time.

Does the code for my free gift or vouchers expire?

Yes, all free gifts are subject to a 6 month validity period once redeemed and all reward vouchers are subject to a 12 month validity once redeemed for points via the Inner Beauty Circle dashboard. After your redemption code has been issued via the dashboard, if the reward voucher or free gift is not used via our online store before the expiry date, the reward voucher or free gift will no longer be redeemable and the use period cannot be extended.

Can I earn points by buying the Beauty Chef's products at a retailer or spa/salon?

Points can only be earned by making a purchase on thebeautychef.com online store, whilst being logged in to your Inner Beauty Circle account.

When do I see my point adjustments?

Your points can be viewed in the Program widget here, and you will also receive an email notification when you have taken a new action and earned points.

Is the Inner Beauty Circle available to customers outside of the AU/US?

At this stage, the Inner Beauty Circle is only available to customers in Australia or the United States.

How can I earn points with my product reviews?

To earn points for reviewing a product, you must first be a loyalty member, then purchase a product with your loyalty account email. 30 days after you have made a purchase, you will receive an email asking you to review your recent purchase. You can only earn points for reviewing a product via this email as it ensures you are recognised as a verified buyer. Please allow up to 10 business days for your points to be rewarded to your account once your review has been submitted. If you review a product on site by using the form within a product page, you will not be rewarded points so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for the review request email.

How do I redeem my points?

Spend points at checkout: You can also choose to spend points at the checkout. Once you have at least 500 points, if you are logged into your loyalty account, you’ll have the option to redeem your points starting at $5 voucher = 500 points. Then redeem and apply the discount directly at the checkout.

$5, $10, $15, $20 voucher: Once you reach an eligible number of points, vouchers will appear redeemable under the ‘All rewards’ section of the dashboard. Simply click ‘View’ —> ‘Redeem’ —> then you can click ‘Apply code’ or copy and paste it at checkout. You can access your unclaimed rewards at any time under the section ‘Your rewards’ in your loyalty dashboard. This is where free gifts for entering a new tier will sit, along with vouchers you have redeemed for points. Both can be claimed by using the code provided at checkout.

Not all loyalty rewards are able to be redeemed against your subscriptions. 

Our loyalty program only allows for a $10 voucher to be used with subscriptions at checkout. You must use your points to redeem the specific subscriptions voucher (known as a ‘Subscription Only Voucher - $10’) before applying the code at either the checkout, or within your account dashboard towards an upcoming payment.

Do purchases made prior to my rewards opt-in count towards my point earnings

Unfortunately not – you’ll only be eligible to receive points on purchases made after becoming a member. But we’ll gift you 350 points just for signing up!

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn, however points and rewards do have an expiry date.

Points: Inner Beauty Circle points expire and are removed from your balance 12 months after the earn activity date. Your Inner Beauty points balance may go up or down on a daily basis as credits are earned or expire. Inner Beauty Circle members will unlock the next tier as soon as they have earned enough Inner Beauty points in the preceding 12 month period. Eligibility to upgrade is reviewed every day.

Rewards: All free gifts are subject to a 6 month validity period once redeemed and all reward vouchers are subject to a 12 month validity once redeemed for points via the Inner Beauty Circle dashboard. After your redemption code has been issued via the Dashboard, if the reward voucher or free gift is not used via our online store before the expiry date, the reward voucher or free gift will no longer be redeemable and the use period cannot be extended.

What If I accidentally used a different email at checkout, do I still get my points?

In this case, please email info@thebeautychef.com with your order number, order email and the email address associated with your loyalty membership and we will assist you in assigning the points manually.

What happens to my earned points If I cancel my order?

Cancelled/ refunded orders are not eligible to earn points, so points will be removed from your account after your order is cancelled.

Can I use my loyalty rewards with my subscription order?

Unfortunately, any cart with a subscription product/s in it is not eligible for discounts, other than those applicable to the subscription program.


You can use your points to redeem a $10 voucher (1000 points) to use on subscriptions only. Simply select this option via your loyalty dashboard.

When will my subscription order be delivered?

Once you’ve set up automatic recurring payments at your chosen frequency (every 30, 60 or 90 days), your order will be processed and sent out on the next business day after each payment has been received. 

 All subscription orders qualify for free shipping and take 3–10 business days to be delivered. 

Why can't I add a discount code when I add a one-off product to my subscription order?

Any cart with a subscription product/s in it is not eligible for discounts other than those applicable to the subscription program. To redeem a discount code on a one-off product purchase, you’ll need to create a unique order that is separate from their subscription order. As we offer free shipping, no extra cost is incurred by doing this.

What is a Beauty Chef subscription?

When it comes to beauty and wellbeing, consistency is key, so we’ve made it easier for you to receive your gut and skin health products regularly so you can set, and forget. 

A Beauty Chef subscription is recurring order, billed and shipped automatically at the chosen frequency, until cancelled or skipped.

How does the subscription program work?

+

Instead of buying a product as a one-off purchase and having to reorder each time you run out, you can purchase your chosen product/s as a subscription – setting up automatic recurring payments and deliveries at your chosen frequency; every 30, 60 or 90 days.

When subscribing to any single products, you’ll receive 10% off and pay upfront for the first delivery, plus anything else you wish to add to your cart.

Depending on your chosen delivery frequency, we’ll send you a reminder with your upcoming order showing the items, price and expected delivery date and you’ll automatically be billed to your authorised payment method, unless cancelled earlier than 3 days before the renewal date.

For every recurring order, you’ll also earn Inner Beauty Points if you are part of our Inner Beauty Circle Loyalty Program. Find out more about our loyalty program here.

Note that subscriptions can be skipped, adjusted or cancelled at any time via your customer account dashboard which you can log into here.

How do I subscribe to a product or start a subscription?

When browsing The Beauty Chef website, you’ll be able to select ‘Subscribe & Save’ when choosing a single product or ‘Subscribe’ when choosing a value bundle where subscription is available. 

The first step is to pick your size and/or flavour (if applicable) and nominate the quantity.

Then, choose how often you would like to receive the product; every 30, 60 or 90 days.                  

Note that you can continue to browse the website for any further products you would like to add to purchase. Complete your order by following the steps to the checkout.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Cancel a subscription at any time by logging in to your customer account dashboard. Simply click ‘Cancel’ beside the product you wish to stop under the ‘actions’ column. Or, select ‘Cancel Entire Subscription’ if you wish to cancel all products. Note that you will be prompted to give a reason as to why you are cancelling. Select an answer from the list in order to cancel the subscription. You will also be given the option to add any further comments at this point; alternatively you can simply click ‘Cancel Subscription’.

What payment methods are available when subscribing to a product?

At this stage, only credit cards and PayPal can be used to pay when subscribing to a product. 

Can I pay for a subscription using AfterPay?

+

No, unfortunately payments via AfterPay are not currently supported for subscriptions.  

Can I use any other quick payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay to pay for my subscription?

No, unfortunately these payment methods are not currently compatible with subscription orders.

Our secure checkout supports credit cards and PayPal when subscribing.

How do I change the shipping address of a subscription?

You can change the shipping address of your subscriptions simply by logging into your account and accessing your account dashboard. 


You will see a list of your subscriptions in a table and above this table you will find your ‘Ships To’ address. To change your shipping address, simply click ‘Edit’. Type in the address you wish to change it to and click ‘Update Address’.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Yes, you can! You can add products to a current subscription via your account dashboard.

Above the subscription you will see a pink button saying ‘Add Product’. Clicking on this will take you to a catalogue of our products where you can select which products you wish to include in your subscription.

Note that if you choose to shop directly from the ‘Shop All’ page and choose the ‘Subscribe’ option, this will create a new subscription that will be on a different schedule to any existing recurring orders within your account.

How do I change the delivery date?

You can change the delivery date of a subscription via your account dashboard.

You’ll see the frequency and date of your next order just above each of your subscribed products. Simply click on ‘Edit’ here to change your next delivery date. 

All recurring payments will occur 30, 60 or 90 days from the new selected date based on your chosen frequency.

How do I change the delivery frequency?

You can change the frequency of a subscription via your account dashboard.

You’ll see the frequency and date of your next order just above each of your subscribed products. Simply click on ‘Edit’ here to change your delivery frequency. You can choose from 30, 60 or 90 days.

Can I pause or skip a shipment of my subscription?

You won’t be able to pause your subscription, but you will be able to skip your next shipment. In your customer account next to the subscription you wish to change, click on ‘Edit’ under the ‘Actions’ column. Here you will be able to see and edit the following: quantity, delivery address, and product variant (if applicable). You will also be able to skip your next shipment, or cancel it entirely.

Will I earn loyalty points on subscription orders?

All subscription orders and renewals are eligible to receive loyalty points in accordance with your current loyalty level.

As long as you are logged into the same account as your loyalty membership, then points will be accrued every time an order is processed or renewed and can be found in your loyalty dashboard as per normal.

Accrued points can be redeemed inside the loyalty dashboard for vouchers. These can be used for one-off orders or against new or upcoming subscription payments—this is called a ‘Subscription Only Voucher - $10’.

How do I redeem a loyalty reward on a subscription order?

Not all loyalty rewards are able to be redeemed against your subscriptions. 

Our loyalty program only allows for a $10 voucher to be used with subscriptions at checkout. You must use your points to redeem the specific subscriptions voucher (known as a ‘Subscription Only Voucher - $10’) before applying the code at either the checkout, or within your account dashboard towards an upcoming payment.

How do I login to my subscriptions dashboard?

You can log into your subscription dashboard by clicking on the account icon in the top right hand corner of the website.

Can I add one-time purchases to a subscription order?

+
Customers can purchase both one-off products and recurring subscription products in the same transaction. Only products that have been subscribed to will be billed and shipped on an ongoing basis (at your chosen frequency). Please note that only subscription discount codes will be valid within these carts.

Can I subscribe via Your Remedy?

No, unfortunately subscribing to products is unavailable when purchasing via the Your Remedy quiz results page.

What if my payment is unsuccessful, or my credit card is declined?

+
If an order fails to capture payment, or the credit card is declined, an email will be sent out notifying you. Every three days we will attempt to debit the payment details linked to your subscription. After three unsuccessful attempts, we will cancel your subscription. A customer will only be notified of the failed payments on the first and last attempt.

Why can’t I use a discount or promotion code with my subscription order?

Unless stated, no other offer, discount or promotion code is able to be used when subscribingunless you are redeeming reward points for the specific ‘Subscription-Only Voucher’ via our loyalty program. 

Our subscription offer already includes 10% off all single-product orders, plus free shipping and loyalty points earned. You are free to use any valid, unexpired promotion code on a standard one-off purchase during the offer window. 

Generic non-subscription loyalty vouchers ($5, $10, $15, $20) are also ineligible to be used when subscribing to a product/s.

Is there a cut off date for if I need to cancel or make any changes to my subscriptions?

The cut off for ongoing subscription adjustments (for example: skip shipment, cancellations, order restarts, address and product type changes) must be made through your customer account dashboard at least 3 days before your next payment schedule.

How do I send a product as a gift?

Choose the products you would like to send as a gift and add these to your cart. On the checkout  page, tick the ‘PURCHASING AS A GIFT?’ option and add a personalised message with the recipient’s email address. Add the address that you would like the gift to be delivered to.

Be sure to enter your email AND your friend’s email in the correct fields. Then, complete your payment.

Once the  products are delivered to your friend or loved one, an email will be sent to their email address letting them know that they’ve been sent a gift. The email also contains your personalised message, plus a guide to the products you’ve selected for them.

Will my gift be gift-wrapped?

No, unfortunately we are unable to offer gift wrapping as an option at the moment. However, our products come neatly wrapped and make for a pleasant gifting experience.

How will I know when the recipient has received their gift?

You can track the order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email that you will receive once the order has been dispatched.

GLOW now has more natural beta-carotene, more zinc and vitamin C, and it contains B group vitamins from organic sprouted quinoa. This means the overall appearance of GLOW SUPERCHARGED is slightly different and has a more orange tone than previously. If you see small droplets of orange on the sides of your glass or in your yoghurt, this is the natural beta carotene, and you may also see the small purple grains from the anthocyanins. All of these are completely normal and to be expected given the changes to the formulation.

How is the SUPERCHARGED FORMULA different?

GLOW SUPERCHARGED has been updated to increase the amount of key skin-loving nutrients vitamins A, C and zinc. While many of the original ingredients remain the same, COLLAGEN SUPERCHARGED now contains more fermented papaya for gut loving goodness, as well as more zinc and vitamin C. COLLAGEN used to contain 7.5 mg of zinc (62.5% of the Australian RDI) and 10 mg of vitamin C (25% of the Australian RDI) per 15mL serving while COLLAGEN SUPERCHARGED now contains 8 mg of zinc (67% of the Australian RDI) and 41 mg (102% of the Australian RDI) of vitamin C. Vitamin C is needed for collagen production to keep skin looking plump and smooth while zinc helps to improve skin structure and promote healthy hair and nails. This SUPERCHARGED formulation contains more organic ingredients as we’ve been able to source organic super berries – goji, acai and maqui. We have also added gotu kola leaf extract, redcurrant and blackcurrant extracts, Queen garnet plum as well as our own trademark strain of probiotic – Lactobacillus rhamnosus GUT5Y™. We have also refined our process to bring more fermented gut loving goodness to our formulas. Does HYDRATION SUPERCHARGED taste different?
