Gut Primer+®: 

Mix 1.5 level 5 mL metric tsp (7 g) in 200mL of water once daily, with food. 

For optimal results, Gut Primer+® should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.

Glow®: Mix 1 tsp (5 g) in 200mL of water, a smoothie, yoghurt or your favourite drink and consume immediately.  

Storage: Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Always use a dry spoon.
