The Perfect Poo™: 

Mix 2 tsp (9 g) into 250mL of water and consume immediately. 

Aim to drink at least 500mL of water within the hour of taking your daily dose.  

First time use? Follow the below instructions:  

If introducing The Perfect Poo™ into your routine for the first time, we recommend starting slow and increasing your dose gradually: 

• Begin with ½ teaspoon mixed in 250mL of water. Aim to drink at least 500mL of water within an hour of taking your daily dose and always ensure adequate hydration throughout the day.  

• After one week, progress to 1 teaspoon mixed in 250mL of water if tolerating well. Aim to drink at least 500mL of water within an hour of taking your daily dose and always ensure adequate hydration throughout the day.  

• After another week, progress to 1 ½ teaspoon mixed in 250mL of water if still tolerating well. Aim to drink at least 500mL of water within an hour of taking your daily dose and always ensure adequate hydration throughout the day.  

• After another week, progress to the full 2 teaspoon dose, mixing in 250mL of water. Aim to drink at least 500mL of water within an hour of taking your daily dose and always ensure adequate hydration throughout the day.  

No artificial preservatives, flavours or sweeteners. 

Store below 25°C in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon.

Mix 1.5 level 5 mL metric tsp (7 g) in 200mL of water once daily, with food.
