The Perfect Poo™: Mix 2 tsp (9 g) into 250mL of water and consume immediately. Aim to drink at least 500mL of water within the hour of taking your daily dose.

For optimal results, GLOW® should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
