GLOW® Inner Beauty Essential: Mix 1 tsp (5g) in 200mL of water, a smoothie, yoghurt or your favourite drink and consume immediately. Best taken with food. For optimal results, GLOW ™ should be consumed with food, daily in chilled or room temperature beverages, and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Always use a dry spoon.

Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
