Is your creatine water washed and micronised?
Yes. Unlike many sources of creatine that are acid-washed using harsh chemicals, our creatine is washed with water to remove byproducts and impurities during production. It’s also micronised, meaning it’s broken down into ultra-fine particles for improved solubility, absorption and digestive comfort.
Why is it recommended to mix with such a large amount of water?
An adequate amount of water is needed to separate the electrolytes into positively and negatively charged ions, allowing them to move through the body and conduct electrical signals.
