How to use
Mix 1 level scoop (25g) in 250mL of water, a smoothie or milk of your choice.
For optimal results, BODY should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Always use a dry scoop.

Is BODY (all flavours) gluten-free?
All flavours of BODY contain wheatgrass, oatgrass and barley grass powders, which means
under Australian law we are not able to label ‘gluten-free’ as the product contains ingredients
derived from grains containing gluten. However, all flavours of BODY undergo thorough
testing, and are considered ‘low gluten’ with results showing <5ppm (less than 5 parts per
million).
Is BODY suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes, BODY does not contain animal-derived ingredients.
Does BODY contain flavouring? What type?
Yes, BODY contains natural flavours.

haven’t been any studies that specifically show them to be safe in pregnancy or when

seeking the advice of your healthcare practitioner before using. Whilst BODY
is not a meal replacement, public health guidelines in Australia state weight loss or meal
replacements are not recommended in pregnancy unless under the guidance of a

Can children use BODY?
Children Under 12 years: The ingredients in this product may be consumed by children under the age of 12, however we recommend seeking the advice of a healthcare professional to check if t his product is right for your child. Please note, BODY is not recommended for weight control in children.

Does BODY take the place of a probiotic?
Our products are wholefood supplements that contain probiotics and postbiotics, rather than probiotic supplements. Whilst probiotics are an important part of The Beauty Chef’s Inner Beauty Products, they are just one element that contributes to the many benefits. Our point of difference is our exclusive Flora Culture™ fermentation process. While probiotics you may find in the supermarket often only carry one or two species or strains, our formulas offer multiple, natural, food-based strains to help encourage microbial diversity. The addition of prebiotic-rich ingredients also helps to nourish the beneficial bacteria in your gut to further boost and balance digestive health. If you are experiencing a medical condition whereby your health practitioner has recommended a particular strain or species at a certain level, you may need additional supplementation.
Why use rice and pea protein as opposed to whey protein?
We have chosen to use plant-based rice and pea proteins as they are much gentler on the digestive system than whey protein. They are also a fantastic hypoallergenic protein source that most people can tolerate—as for many people, whey protein is derived from dairy so can cause intolerances. Rice and pea proteins are also suitable for those following a vegan or vegetarian diet.
Can I mix BODY in a hot drink?
No, we recommend that you avoid adding BODY to warm or heated substances as this may deplete the high levels of beneficial bacteria; instead enjoy it in cool or room temperature beverages such as nut milk, a smoothie, or even in yoghurt. BODY should be stored in the fridge and be consumed within 60 days of opening.
