– serves 1 (makes 1 1/ 2 cups/375ml – 12 1/2 fl oz)
- 1/ 2 large green apple, cored & coarsely chopped
- 1/ 2 cup (125ml – 4 fl oz) coconut water
- 1/ 4 cup (60ml – 2 fl oz) coconut yoghurt
- 2 florets broccoli
- 1/ 4 medium ripe avocado, flesh scooped out
- 1 large handful baby spinach
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon CLEANSE Inner Beauty Powder
- 1/ 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/ 4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Finely grated zest of 1 unwaxed lemon
- Chopped pistachios, to serve
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Top with chopped pistachios to serve, if desired.
