Start your day with a zing! Our Lemon Blueberry High-Protein Overnight Oats, featuring Body Protein+, are a refreshing and nutritious breakfast packed with protein and flavour.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (we used almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp Body Protein+ (vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1-2 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk, Body Protein+, chia seeds, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey (if using).
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with extra Greek yogurt mixed with a bit of lemon zest and blueberries before serving. Enjoy!
