Start your day with a zing! Our Lemon Blueberry High-Protein Overnight Oats, featuring Body Protein+, are a refreshing and nutritious breakfast packed with protein and flavour.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk (we used almond milk)
- 1 tbsp Body Protein+ (vanilla)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1-2 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
Method
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk, Body Protein+, chia seeds, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey (if using).
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with extra Greek yogurt mixed with a bit of lemon zest and blueberries before serving. Enjoy!
