These bars are also rich in protein which contains tryptophan—an amino acid that helps produce serotonin (a calming neurotransmitter) and melatonin (your body’s sleep hormone). We've pumped up the protein using our high-level protein powder Body Protein+.

  • 3/4 cup almond butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup Body Protein+ vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Sleep Ritual™
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 - 3 tbs water
  1. Mix the almond butter and honey in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the oats and mix.
  3. Add in the Body Protein+, Sleep Ritual™ and dark chocolate. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Mix in water to slightly moisten the mixture.
  5. Press the mixture into an 8×8 inch pan lined with baking paper.
  6. Place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  7. Cut into rectangular bars or squares.
  8. Enjoy!
