Fudgy and full of protein, these gluten-free brownies are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth whilst being gentle on the gut.

  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate Body Protein+™
  • ⅓ cup almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine 1 cup of the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl. Melt over boiling water.
  3. Add the eggs, coconut sugar and vanilla to a bowl and mix to combine. Add in the melted chocolate and mix again.
  4. Add in the remaining dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Pour mixture into a lined baking pan. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating.
