Chocolate Protein Brownies

Fudgy and full of protein, these gluten-free brownies are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth whilst being gentle on the gut.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate Body Protein+™
- ⅓ cup almond meal
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine 1 cup of the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl. Melt over boiling water.
- Add the eggs, coconut sugar and vanilla to a bowl and mix to combine. Add in the melted chocolate and mix again.
- Add in the remaining dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour mixture into a lined baking pan. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating.
