Body Protein+ Vanilla and Coconut Energy-Boost Balls are bite-sized snacks made with protein-rich ingredients. They're a convenient and tasty way to fuel your day on the go!

  • 1.5 cups of cashews (soaked in boiling water for 15 mins)
  • 60g Body Protein+ Vanilla
  • 80g dates
  • Shredded coconut
  • 2tbsp rice malt syrup
  • ½ Avocado
  • Dash of water
  • Freeze dried berry powder
  1. Soak cashews for 15 mins
  2. Remove cashews from water and add to a blender.
  3. Add all other ingredients and blend on high, adding in water as needed.
  4. Roll a teapsoon of mix into a ball and roll through shredded coconut and freeze dried berry powder.
