Body Protein+ Vanilla and Coconut Energy-Boost Balls are bite-sized snacks made with protein-rich ingredients. They're a convenient and tasty way to fuel your day on the go!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of cashews (soaked in boiling water for 15 mins)
- 60g Body Protein+ Vanilla
- 80g dates
- Shredded coconut
- 2tbsp rice malt syrup
- ½ Avocado
- Dash of water
- Freeze dried berry powder
Method
- Soak cashews for 15 mins
- Remove cashews from water and add to a blender.
- Add all other ingredients and blend on high, adding in water as needed.
- Roll a teapsoon of mix into a ball and roll through shredded coconut and freeze dried berry powder.
