Blood-Sugar Balancing Chocolate Overnight Oats. A sweet start to your morning that will balance blood-sugar levels, keep you satiated and provide sustained energy for the day ahead.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs cacao
- 1 scoop Chocolate BODY WELLNESS
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- Maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbs nut butter
- Banana
Method
- Combine oats, chia seeds, cacao, BODY WELLNESS, cinnamon and milk in a bowl or jar.
- Cover and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, serve with Greek yoghurt, nut butter, banana and maple syrup or honey (if using).
