Blood-Sugar Balancing Chocolate Overnight Oats. A sweet start to your morning that will balance blood-sugar levels, keep you satiated and provide sustained energy for the day ahead.
 

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs cacao
  • 1 scoop Chocolate BODY WELLNESS
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • Maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbs nut butter
  • Banana
  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, cacao, BODY WELLNESS, cinnamon and milk in a bowl or jar.
  2. Cover and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, serve with Greek yoghurt, nut butter, banana and maple syrup or honey (if using).
