How to use
Mix 1.5 level 5mL metric tsp in 200mL of water once daily, with food.
For optimal results, GUT PRIMER™ should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.

#GutsyFood Healthy Collagen Marshmallows 💕
Plump up your skin with these collagen-boosting beauty bites.
Ingredients:
400 ml of pure pomegranate juice
5 tbs of gelatin
3 tbs COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost
Method:
1. Add the juice to a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top.
2. Leave for a couple of minutes and allow to ‘bloom’ - this is when the liquid absorbs the gelatin and it will have a wrinkled appearance.
3. Add to a saucepan on low heat and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
4. Allow to cool to room temperature. This step is important for the whipping.
5. Place in a bowl and using an electric whisk, whisk for 5 - 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
6. Pour into a lined tray and refrigerate until firm (approx 6 hours).
7. Cut into shapes and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Ingredients:
COYO Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt
30mls The Beauty Chef COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost
1 tsp beetroot powder
30ml warmed water
1/2 cup of ice
60ml of dairy-free milk
Pitaya soaked coconut dust
Method:
1. Add beetroot powder, 30mls water and COLLAGEN elixir to a bowl and whisk to combine into a base.
2. Rim your glass with coconut dust and fill with ice.
3. Pour over with soy milk, top up with beetroot collagen base and then top with a creamy scoop of COYO Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt and dust with antioxidant rich beetroot powder and more coconut.
4. Enjoy!

Why did you change the formula?
Here at The Beauty Chef, we are always looking for ways to improve, innovate and enhance our products. We have a dedicated team who is constantly keeping up to date with the latest research and finding new ways to deliver high quality products to our community.
What is the difference between this formulation and the previous one?
Our new GUT PRIMER formulation is now a more concentrated version of our previous formula. The dose is now 7g rather than 10g.
Why has the dosage size changed?
We have concentrated the formulation, you need a lesser amount of product to receive the same gut loving results as our previous formulation.
Why is the tub smaller?
Our GUT PRIMER now comes in a 140g tub as the formula is more concentrated than the previous formula, meaning you require less product to achieve the same results.
Is the taste the same as the previous formula?
Due to popular demand and customer feedback, we have tweaked the taste to be more minty flavored than our original formula.
What is the difference between GLOW™ and GUT PRIMER™?
While all of The Beauty Chef products are designed to nourish your belly for skin that glows from the inside, out – GUT PRIMER™ is our first inner beauty product that is intended to restore, repair and soothe the gut with a blend of nutrients used in treatments to help heal leaky gut and specifically support digestive health.We often describe GLOW™ as our inner beauty moisturiser and daily beauty essential for improved gut health and radiant skin. GUT PRIMER™ can therefore be thought of as your skin primer, helping to take your Inner Beauty Routine™ back to basics, restoring your gut health first and foremost.
What is the difference between CLEANSE and GUT PRIMER™?
CLEANSE is The Beauty Chef’s super-greens powder designed to support the body’s own cleansing processes with a nutrient-dense formula including alkalising leafy greens, grasses and herbs as well as digestive enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics. GUT PRIMER™ is a gentle restorative powder, containing carefully selected herbs and nutrients which are traditionally used in treatments to help heal leaky gut. It is a medicinal herbal and superfood powder designed to help repair and soothe the gut, and contains ingredients which help calm and repair the lining of the gut. Slippery elm, milk thistle and turmeric, for example, are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve digestive discomfort.
Why is GUT PRIMER™ taken with meals?
Gut Primer contains a significant quantity of zinc, which if taken on an empty stomach can make people feel nauseous.
If I've never used your products before, should I take GUT PRIMER™ first?
It depends on your primary skin and wellbeing concerns. If you are most concerned about your digestive health and are searching for a gut restore powder that helps to repair and soothe the gut, then we recommend you start with GUT PRIMER™.
