Strawberry & Rose Smoothie

Servings: Makes 1 1/2 cups (375mL)

This delicious smoothie combo is packed with skin-loving antioxidants and healthy fats from avocado and Brazil nuts—but it's the subtle hint of rose water that truly takes this blend to the next level.

  • 1/2 cup (125mL) unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon ground linseeds
  • 3/4 cup (100g) frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 small-medium ripe avocado
  • 1/4 small frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) kefir
  • 4 Brazil nuts
  • 1 teaspoon GLOW AGELESS
  • 1 teaspoon manuka honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water, or to taste
  1. Pour the coconut water into the base of a blender, add the linseeds and stir, to moisten. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
