Our gut-nourishing SLEEP powder is a complex blend of bio-fermented wholefoods—including anti-inflammatory turmeric, lemon balm and passionflower–which have been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to soothe symptoms of mild anxiety and promote more restful sleep. When combined with salty miso and creamy almond butter and served warm, this smoothie is the ultimate in next-level comfort.

  • 1 cup (250mL) drinking coconut milk, or your preferred nut milk
  • 1 medium frozen unripe (green) banana, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 3 teaspoons shiro (white) miso
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon SLEEP Inner Beauty Support
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 3 ice cubes (if serving cold)
  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve cold or gently heat over a low temperature until just warmed through.
