HYDRATION Mint Frappé

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 cup (130g) ice
1/4 cup (60mL) coconut water 
1/4 cup (45g) frozen peeled & diced fresh pineapple
1 tablespoon HYDRATION Inner Beauty Boost 
1 small handful fresh mint leaves 
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime 

Method:

1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until ice is finely crushed.
