Crunchy, chunky and full of gut-loving goodness—this granola is a wholefood way to fuel your day. The oats bring prebiotic fibre that feeds your good gut bacteria, nuts for healthy fats, hemp seeds add anti-inflammatory omega-3s and a scoop of bio-fermented Body Protein+™ to keep things satiating.

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups mixed nuts
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp Body Protein+™ (Vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  1. Combine the oats, nuts, hemp seeds, and Body Protein+ in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt together the almond butter, coconut oil, and honey.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add a pinch of salt.
  5. Press firmly into a lined tray.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely before breaking apart into chunks.
  8. Add to coconut yoghurt with fresh berries and pair with a glass of Body Tone & Glow™ for a creatine, collagen and protein boost.
