Crunchy, chunky and full of gut-loving goodness—this granola is a wholefood way to fuel your day. The oats bring prebiotic fibre that feeds your good gut bacteria, nuts for healthy fats, hemp seeds add anti-inflammatory omega-3s and a scoop of bio-fermented Body Protein+™ to keep things satiating.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp Body Protein+™ (Vanilla)
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Combine the oats, nuts, hemp seeds, and Body Protein+ in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, melt together the almond butter, coconut oil, and honey.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Press firmly into a lined tray.
- Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
- Let cool completely before breaking apart into chunks.
- Add to coconut yoghurt with fresh berries and pair with a glass of Body Tone & Glow™ for a creatine, collagen and protein boost.
