Banana, Cashew & Collagen Smoothie

Creamy cashew nuts, prebiotic-rich banana, healthy fat-packed chia seeds and our brand new DEEP COLLAGEN™ marine collagen powder combine in this delicious breakfast smoothie recipe—designed to help foster good gut health and overall wellness.

This smoothie recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free and contains all the amino acids required to help boost your body's natural collagen production while also promoting improved skin hydration and elasticity. Grounding spices from cinnamon and nutmeg provide an earthy, warming flavour—and boast the health benefits of helping to curb sugar cravings. 

  • 2 tablespoons raw cashews, soaked in cold water for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
  • ½ frozen banana, coarsely chopped
  • 1 ¼ cups (310mL) drinking coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoons DEEP COLLAGEN™ Inner Beauty Support (unflavoured)
  • ½ teaspoon Manuka honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Your choice of yoghurt, to serve (optional)
  1. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  3. Top with your choice of yoghurt.
