With protein, probiotics and polyphenols, this gut-boosting breakfast bowl is the perfect start to your day.
Ingredients
- 160g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Body Protein+™, Body Collagen™ or Body Wellness
- 1 tsp Glow® or Glow Ageless™
- 1/2 cup seasonal fruit or berries, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup granola of choice
Method
- Add yogurt to bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp of your chosen Body product.
- Add 1 tsp Glow® or Glow Ageless™.
- Stir to combine.
- Top with season fruit and granola.
