How to use

Take 2 capsules daily at bedtime, with water, or as professionally prescribed.

What is magnesium stearate?

Magnesium stearate is an expicient commonly used in capsule manufacturing to lubricate the machine. However, we have chosen to use rice hulls instead as a replacement because we believe, what we leave out is just as important as what we put in!

Can the SUPERGENES™ range be taken together?

Yes, multiple products from our SUPERGENES™ range can be consumed together with the exclusion of MENOPAUSE BALANCE and PMS SUPPORT as in this instance, we would recommend choosing one or the other.

Can PMS SUPPORT and MENOPAUSE BALANCE be taken together?

We recommend choosing one over the other. Towards the transition from menstruation to menopause you will experience symptoms such as irregular periods and potentially symptoms mimicking peri menopause. However during this time, it is generally more suitable for you to follow a PMS protocol until you make the full transition into menopause. Each product works to support different hormonal pathways and so combining the two may contradict the goal you are trying to achieve. If you are experiencing symptoms of both, it may be suitable for you to support your liver during this time and so we would suggest pairing PMS with CLEANSE.
