Add a comforting cup of our sleep powder to your nighttime routine for a satisfying slumber. Sleep Ritual™ delivers a targeted complex to gently induce sleep, powered by passionflower and lemon balm. With highly bioavailable magnesium to support muscle relaxation and a delicious, chocolate taste, setting yourself up for some restful zzzz’s will soon become the highlight of your evening.
No added sugar, artificial preservatives, flavours or sweeteners.
How to use
Mix 5 g (2.5 level 5 mL metric spoons) of powder in 200 mL of hot water and/or milk and consume immediately.
Take once daily, 30 minutes before bed, or as professionally prescribed.
Sleep Ritual™ can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
Store below 25°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
