How to use
Mix 1 tsp (5g) in 200mL of water, a smoothie, yoghurt or your favourite drink.
For optimal results, Glow® should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Always use a dry spoon.
This elixir is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and appropriate physical activity.

#GutsyFood Healthy Collagen Marshmallows 💕
Plump up your skin with these collagen-boosting beauty bites.
Ingredients:
400 ml of pure pomegranate juice
5 tbs of gelatin
3 tbs COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost
Method:
1. Add the juice to a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top.
2. Leave for a couple of minutes and allow to ‘bloom’ - this is when the liquid absorbs the gelatin and it will have a wrinkled appearance.
3. Add to a saucepan on low heat and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
4. Allow to cool to room temperature. This step is important for the whipping.
5. Place in a bowl and using an electric whisk, whisk for 5 - 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
6. Pour into a lined tray and refrigerate until firm (approx 6 hours).
7. Cut into shapes and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Ingredients:
COYO Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt
30mls The Beauty Chef COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost
1 tsp beetroot powder
30ml warmed water
1/2 cup of ice
60ml of dairy-free milk
Pitaya soaked coconut dust
Method:
1. Add beetroot powder, 30mls water and COLLAGEN elixir to a bowl and whisk to combine into a base.
2. Rim your glass with coconut dust and fill with ice.
3. Pour over with soy milk, top up with beetroot collagen base and then top with a creamy scoop of COYO Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt and dust with antioxidant rich beetroot powder and more coconut.
4. Enjoy!

What does Glow® do?
Glow® works from the inside out to support radiant skin, healthy hair and nails, as well as energy, gut and immune health. With a blend of certified organic wholefoods, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and pre, pro and postbiotics, Glow® nourishes your gut microbiome, supports skin structure and collagen production, and supports energy and immunity.
Is Glow® gluten free?
Yes. We test every batch of Glow® to confirm it does not contain gluten or ingredients derived from gluten-containing grains.
Is Glow® dairy free?
Yes. We test every batch of Glow® to confirm it does not contain dairy or ingredients derived from dairy.
Is Glow® suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes, Glow® is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It does not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
Does Glow® contain any flavouring? What type?

When is the best time of day to take Glow®?
Glow® can be taken at any time of the day that suits you. It can be taken in water, smoothies or mixed into cold or room-temperature foods.
Can I mix Glow® into a hot drink?
No, we recommend that you avoid adding Glow® to warm or heated substances as this may deplete its high levels of beneficial bacteria. Instead enjoy it in cool or room temperature beverages such as water, coconut water, juice, a protein shake or smoothie, or even in yoghurt or overnight oats. Glow® should be stored in the fridge and be consumed within 90 days of opening.
Can I take Glow® with other Beauty Chef products?
Yes, absolutely! Our products can be consumed either together or individually – in filtered water, coconut water, juices or smoothies. Recommended servings can be found on the packaging.
Why doesn’t Glow® completely dissolve?
Our powders have been formulated using completely natural, plant-based whole foods. This means our products will always be slightly grainier than a synthetic or highly processed product. Many customers enjoy mixing Glow® with coconut water or into their smoothies. You can also try mixing it with your favourite yoghurt for some added flavour and texture.
Does Glow® take the place of a probiotic?
This depends on your individual circumstances. Many of our products are fermented and are an excellent source of broad-spectrum probiotics and postbiotics; offering multiple, natural, food-based strains to encourage microbial diversity. Some of our products also contain prebiotic-rich ingredients, which nourish beneficial gut bacteria to further support your digestive health. If you are experiencing a medical condition and your health practitioner has recommended a particular strain or species at a certain level, you may need additional supplementation.

The new formula has the same natural berry flavour you know and love. However, as with any changes to formula, you may notice a slight change in taste.
