Every delicious serving delivers a fortifying blend of science-backed Fortigel®—derived from type II hydrolysed collagen peptides—and pure plant-based proteins. This comprehensive formula also contains vitamin D from shiitake mushroom, Aquamin® magnesium and fermented hyaluronic acid, as well as vitamin C to support whole-body skin health.
How to use
Mix 1 1/2 tbsp (13 g) into 200 mL of water or your favourite drink and consume immediately.
Store below 25° in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon and use within 90 days of opening.
Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women or women likely to become pregnant.
Do not use if tamper evidence seal is broken.

#GutsyFood Healthy Collagen Marshmallows 💕
Plump up your skin with these collagen-boosting beauty bites.
Ingredients:
400 ml of pure pomegranate juice
5 tbs of gelatin
3 tbs COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost
Method:
1. Add the juice to a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top.
2. Leave for a couple of minutes and allow to ‘bloom’ - this is when the liquid absorbs the gelatin and it will have a wrinkled appearance.
3. Add to a saucepan on low heat and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
4. Allow to cool to room temperature. This step is important for the whipping.
5. Place in a bowl and using an electric whisk, whisk for 5 - 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
6. Pour into a lined tray and refrigerate until firm (approx 6 hours).
7. Cut into shapes and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

COYO Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt
30mls The Beauty Chef COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost
1 tsp beetroot powder
30ml warmed water
1/2 cup of ice
60ml of dairy-free milk
Pitaya soaked coconut dust
Method:
1. Add beetroot powder, 30mls water and COLLAGEN elixir to a bowl and whisk to combine into a base.
2. Rim your glass with coconut dust and fill with ice.
3. Pour over with soy milk, top up with beetroot collagen base and then top with a creamy scoop of COYO Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt and dust with antioxidant rich beetroot powder and more coconut.
4. Enjoy!

How does Body Collagen™ differ from Body Wellness™ and Body Protein+™?
The key difference is that Body Collagen™ includes 5000 mg of hydrolysed collagen peptides alongside 20% RDI of protein in every serve. While Body Collagen™ is also a nutrient-dense powder, it’s been specifically formulated for those searching for an advanced collagen and protein hybrid, to support mobility, flexibility and muscle function. It contains science-backed Fortigel®, derived from type II collagen, which supports healthy joints, cartilage and ligaments.
Body Protein+™ on the other hand, contains a high level (up to 46% RDI per serve) of pure, plant-based protein to help build and tone lean muscle, as well as support tissue recovery and repair. While our Body Wellness powder provides a more all-round solution, combining alkalising greens, fibre, superfoods, protein (up to 31% RDI per serve), pre, pro and postbiotics to support healthy muscles, energy metabolism, nutrition & immunity.
How does Body Collagen™ differ from The Beauty Chef’s other collagen products?
There are many types of collagen and ways in which our body, skin, hair and nails can benefit. The key difference of Body Collagen™ is that it contains Fortigel®, which is derived from type II collagen.
Fortigel® collagen peptides have a specific structure that fits the receptors ("locks") on chondrocyte cells found in your joint cartilage. When these peptides attach to the chondrocytes, they unlock the cells and stimulate collagen production specifically for joint health. By comparison, the collagen peptides in Plumpers™ Collagen Chewables (Verisol®) and Deep Marine Collagen™ (MSC-certified marine collagen) have structures that unlock skin fibroblast cells to stimulate collagen production within the skin.
