1. My before & after photos and comments regarding my experiences with The Beauty Chef products (testimonial) are based on my personal opinion and represent a true and accurate reflection of my views.
2. I authorise The Beauty Chef and its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees, without limitation, to use, reproduce and publish my name, image, voice, comments, photographs and likeness in association with and in relation to the above before & after/testimonial in any medium whatsoever (including on the social media channels and website of The Beauty Chef and of any of its retailers or business partners like Sephora, David Jones etc), for the purposes of or otherwise in connection with the promotion, marketing or commercialisation of The Beauty Chef’s products.
3. I waive all rights or claims I may have against and release from any claim The Beauty Chef and its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees in connection with the use of my name, image, voice, words in my Testimonial, before & after photographs and likeness as contemplated in paragraph 3 above.
4. Without limiting any of the above, I authorise The Beauty Chef to use my photographs/comments/testimonial in any media to be published in Australia, the US, New Zealand and the UK.
