Ingredients:
2 cups of frozen blueberries
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 banana
2 teaspoons
Glow® or Glow Ageless™
2 teaspoons chia seeds (ideally soaked overnight, or for at least one hour)
2 cups almond milk
