Chocolate, Raspberry & Mint GUT PRIMER Smoothie

Containing an abundance of skin-nourishing healthy fats from almond milk and coconut yoghurt, as well as antioxidant-rich raspberries, this refreshing recipe makes for a satiating 3pm snack or beauty-boosting breakfast. Plus, with the added goodness of GUT PRIMER, our herbal gut restore powder, your belly will be in for a treat. 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup (80 g) coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup (60 g) fresh or frozen raspberries
1 large handful of mint leaves
1/8 avocado
1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon of GUT PRIMER
4 ice cubes
Stevia equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste

Method:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
