How to use
Mix 1 tsp (3g) in 100-150mL of water or your favourite drink and consume immediately.
IMMUNE FOOD™ should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening. Always use a dry spoon and use within 60 days of opening.
This elixir is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and appropriate physical activity.
Children and Pregnant Women: Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. In these cases, the product should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

Is IMMUNE FOOD™ safe to use when pregnant or breastfeeding?
IMMUNE FOOD™ is not recommended in pregnancy or when breastfeeding, as it contains turkey tail mushroom extract which is not suitable for use in pregnancy.
Can children use IMMUNE FOOD™?
IMMUNE FOOD™ is not recommended for use in children under the age of 15 years per the
label warning unless under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Children over the
age of 15 years can take an adult’s dose.
Can I use IMMUNE FOOD™ with WELL SPRAY?
Absolutely, yes you can take IMMUNE FOOD™ and WELL SPRAY together. IMMUNE FOOD™
contains 6 mg of zinc, 32 mg of vitamin C, 15 mcg of iodine and 100 mg beta-glucans per
serve, whilst WELL SPRAY contains 17.5 mcg of selenium per serve. Together these products
will work to help with the function of your immune system.
Can I mix IMMUNE FOOD™ in a hot drink?
No, we recommend that you avoid adding IMMUNE FOOD™ to warm or heated substances as this may deplete the high levels of beneficial bacteria; instead enjoy it in cool or room temperature beverages such as water, coconut water, a smoothie, or even in yoghurt. IMMUNE FOOD™ should be stored in the fridge and be consumed within 60 days of opening.
Why doesn’t IMMUNE FOOD™ completely dissolve?
As all of our Inner Beauty products have been formulated using only natural, plant-based whole foods which have been bio-fermented; the products will always be slightly thicker or grainier than a synthetic product. Many customers enjoying blending IMMUNE FOOD™ with coconut water or smoothies. Otherwise you may like to try mixing it with your favourite yoghurt for some added flavour and texture.
