I haven't lost any weight since using BODY. When should I start to lose weight?

BODY will not be a magic bullet for weight loss unless it is used alongside a healthy diet and exercise program. We have created the weight-loss guide to accompany BODY, which will give you the tools to implement a successful weight-loss regime.

When used correctly, as either a meal replacement or snack, BODY will assist you to maintain a healthy weight range along with an effective diet/exercise regime for you. Remember, everyone’s dietary requirements can be different and there is very rarely a one-size-fits-all solution to achieving weight loss. 
If you are still not experiencing weight loss while following the guidelines and using BODY, we recommend that you seek professional advice. There are certain underlying health issues that can make it difficult for someone to lose weight. These may include thyroid imbalances, metabolic disorders, hormonal excesses and/or imbalances.
