Green, Coconut & Lime Smoothie Bowl

– serves 1 (makes 1 1/ 2 cups)

Ingredients

  • 1/ 2 medium avocado, flesh scooped out
  • 3/ 4 frozen banana, coarsely chopped
  • 1/ 3 cup (80 ml) coconut milk
  • 1/ 3 cup (80 ml) coconut water
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves
  • 1 lime, zest finely grated & 2 tablespoons juice
  • 1 teaspoon CLEANSE Inner Beauty Powder

TOPPING (optional)

  • White dragon fruits, sliced
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • Finely sliced lime zest

Method

  1. To prepare the smoothie bowl, place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into a shallow bowl. Decorate with topping, as desired.
