A vegan, citrus-flavoured drinking oil to quench dry, irritated skin from within. With a healthy ratio of plant-based omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 oils from black cumin seed, chia seed and sea buckthorn fruit, plus evening primrose oil to reduce inflammation for a smooth, supple complexion.

How To Use

Can I mix OMEGA ELIXIR™ in hot food/drinks?
No, the essential fatty acids are fragile, and heat breaks the bonds, therefore you need to
add it to cold foods and drink or taken straight off the spoon.
Can I take the whole 10mL in one serve?
Absolutely, we have split the dose as some people prefer to take it morning and night,
however if you wish to take in one hit that is fine.
Can I take OMEGA ELIXIR™ with other supplements or Beauty Chef products?
Absolutely. OMEGA ELIXIR can be taken with every other product within The Beauty Chef
range if it is indicated for use. OMEGA ELIXIR is an essential fatty acid supplement; there is
no requirement to take additional fish oil or plant-based oil supplements along with this
formulation.
