Cleanse smoothie with chia, mango & passion fruitThis is the default smoothie in my household, supercharged with extra goodness
via a couple of teaspoons of The Beauty Chef Cleanse powder. Full of nutrients,
herbs, spices, prebiotics and probiotics, it's also packed with fibre to support the
body's natural Cleanseification processes. Chia seeds are a fantastic vegetarian
source of omega-3s, protein and fibre, while passionfruit and bananas are rich
in vitamins and minerals that help cleanse the body. Live yoghurt offers muchneeded
digestive support, as probiotics help to neutralise toxins in the body.
|2 tsp The Beauty Chef Cleanse powder
2 tsp chia seeds
4 passionfruits (Panama if possible)
120ml live yoghurt
500ml filtered water
2 cups ice, made using filtered water
Extra ice to serve
MethodCombine all ingredients in a blender until mixed well.
