We have chosen the plant-based proteins rice and pea for three main reasons.
1. They are a fantastic hypoallergenic protein source that most people can tolerate. Whey protein is based on dairy products and many people can be intolerant to it.
2. Rice and pea proteins are suitable for anyone following a vegetarian or vegan diet.
3. People are under the assumption that rice and pea proteins are inferior to whey when it comes to muscle building and weight management. However, studies have shown that this is incorrect.
